Baking Mix Danish
A simple danish recipe using homemade baking mix.

Ingredients
- 4 cups homemade baking mix
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 3/4-1 cup jam, any flavor
Glaze
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tablespoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
Instructions
- Mix baking mix and sugar together. Stir in milk until a soft dough forms.
- Drop dough into 18 mounds on 2 large greased cookie sheets leaving about two inches between each danish. They will look small, but they spread quite a bit. Make a well in the center of each mound. Drop a small amount of jam into each well (approximately 2 teaspoons). Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- Mix glaze ingredients together. Drizzle over danish.
